Senior Analyst Commercial Planning (F/M/X)

Responsible for transforming vast datasets into high-stakes alerts and actionable insights. You will be responsible for building the automated systems that catch revenue leakages before they happen and ensure our hotels are perfectly positioned against the competition

• Advanced Performance Monitoring & KPI Ownership :

Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of Commercial Performance Indicators, tracking everything from RGI (Revenue Generation Index) to lead-time distribution

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends, providing the Senior Manager with synthesized Why analysis behind the numbers

Identify regional and property-level variances against budget and forecast, flagging risks and opportunities in real-time
