  This critical role entails conducting tests to uncover quality and risk-related insights that guide decision-making processes. The role includes mentoring junior members on various testing methodologies enriching their skills and understanding. The Senior QA Tester also contributes to the creation of test strategies and diagnosis of complex issues.   
  As a Senior Analyst:   
  Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for functional, integration, performance & regression testing.Design, develop and maintain test automation scripts as needed.
