Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle from origination and execution through to portfolio management
- Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision‑making
- Leading specific workstreams including diligence processes and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts and investment partners
- Experience in an M&A or sector coverage team of an investment bank or the private equity ringfence of a leading strategy consulting firm
- Strong academic background from a top‑tier university
- Commercially minded, with high professional standards and integrity
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full‑time basis
