Senior Analyst/Analyst, Group Investments

Job Profile Summary This role is an integral part of the Group Investments team whose primary focus is to pursue investment opportunities in both development projects and recurring income assets locally and internationally.

• Support investment, divestment and capital recycling strategies in line with CDL Group’s objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and execute investment and divestment opportunities.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, market analysis and investment underwriting.
• Manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, documentation, and preparation of investment papers for management approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, consultants, and joint venture partners throughout the transaction process.
