**Description**

JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Primary responsibilities include training and assessing veterinary technical staff and assessing and training research surgeons in basic techniques.
+ This position also has a practical component, with duties such as administering anesthesia to large animal surgical models and possibly performing basic rodent technical procedures for researchers.
+ Additional duties include training researchers and DAR staff as needed to support the overall goals of the training team.
