Job Description
Senior Antenna Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Antenna Engineer with strong expertise in antenna design, electromagnetic simulation, and high-power system development.
This role involves the full lifecycle of antenna development—from concept and design to prototyping, testing, and performance optimisation—supporting advanced applications such as radar systems, wireless communications, and high‑power electromagnetic technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop single‑element antennas and antenna arrays for high‑performance applications
- Perform electromagnetic simulations to evaluate and optimise antenna designs
- Build and prototype antenna systems, supporting in‑house assembly and integration activities
- Manage and oversee fabrication of components and systems through external vendors
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate antenna solutions into larger systems
