Responsibilities

• Support business strategy and leverage business intelligence to enhance performance and improve client and employee experience.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop an optimal prioritization strategy for initiatives.
• Develop and maintain an integrated vision and business knowledge of end‑to‑end processes.
• Build alliances and establish effective communication channels with all involved stakeholders.
• Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively manage planning and execution of activities and deliverables in line with the bank’s direction and the needs of supported business lines.
