Senior Application Production Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Application Production Engineer to ensure the operational stability, support, and deployment of e/mBanking applications and related APIs.

The role is focused on RUN / MCO activities, incident diagnosis, application support, and release execution across multiple environments and technologies.

• Perform incident diagnosis and coordinate technical resolution with relevant teams.
• Execute deployments, releases, and configuration changes using XL Deploy, XL Release, and CI/CD tools.
• Support application runtimes across Linux and Windows environments.
• Contribute to production stability, operational improvement, and release readiness.
• Work closely with development technical leads and other support teams to resolve cross functional issues.
