Senior Application Support Engineer

Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions. Lead and participate in performance tests identify bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and capacity demands. Adhere to firm-wide architecture standards, risk management and security policies. Team player and ability to work in Global Team setup, product owners and business team to develop, build & support application. Develop, test, and debug automated tasks (Apps, Systems, Infrastructure) Have a solid technical skill with diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally.
