Job Description
Technical review for all consultant design submissions for LEAD Development projects, review, comments on alterations and redevelopments. Use LEAD guidelines, review list to review all the consultant design packages, that are meeting local regulation, international standard, Jubail Guideline for best design solution, best constructability, best function, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Design review, comments to ensure the coordination between all design disciplines, review should include all drawings, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations, using BIM/Revit.
- Support Construction Team in review shop drawings, to ensure the design is executed as per approved design.
