Senior Architect

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages complex architectural projects, and ensures they meet business goals and industry standards. They also mentor junior architects and contribute to strategic decisions.


• Design: Create architectural designs for indoor and outdoor spaces, including single rooms and entire complexes


• Manage: Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, including preparing construction instructions


• Mentor: Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects


• Collaborate: Work with clients to discuss project objectives, requirements, and budgets


• Report: Provide project managers with updates on the project's progress


• Ensure compliance: Make sure plans meet building codes, safety regulations, and budgets


• Make decisions: Contribute to strategic decisions for projects
