is seeking local Malaysian candidates for this role and ideally, candidates should be registered Architects with LAM (Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia).Responsibilities:

Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies.

Take the role of a Project Lead in project administration and design issues.

Lead and manage a team of architectural personnel to ensure efficient use of resources.

Prepare master programme / schedules and monitor project milestones.

Track project deliverable and ensure projects are completed within budget and meets an acceptable quality standard.

Monitor and track internal project team time and cost

Ensure timely submission to all deadline commitment.

Well-versed in regulatory and Statutory requirements

Liaise and coordinate with consultants on all specific design, building requirement and code compliance.
