What the role is
As a Senior Assistant Director/ Deputy Director, School Financial Services in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will lead a team in shaping the financial landscape of Singapore's schools. As a senior leader, you will manage and oversee work related to policy formulation, systems development, financial operations and stakeholder capability building.
What you will be working on- Set strategic direction, align goals with MOE's broader priorities and translate them into actionable plans for the team
- Lead the review and development of financial policies covering School Fund management, fee arrears, billing of students, and financial assistance schemes
- Oversee key financial systems used by schools, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and robust financial reporting, while driving system enhancements and managing new initiative rollouts
