Senior Assistant Manager, Alumni Engagement

The Office of Alumni Engagement (OAE) is committed to building a vibrant, connected alumni community of over 300,000 graduates worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Assistant Manager to drive engagement and strengthen alumni ties to NTU through strategic communications and outreach. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize communications across EDMs, social media, publicity, and partnership programs to enhance alumni participation and affinity. Your efforts will play a key part in advancing NTU's mission by fostering meaningful alumni relationships and expanding our global alumni network. Develop and deliver integrated communication and publicity strategies for key OAE programmes and alumni engagement initiatives, including Alumni Learning Day, Nanyang Alumni Awards, PACE Forward Series, webinars, alumni surveys, outreach campaigns, and the annual 'Update Your Particulars' exercise.
