Senior Associate, AV Systems Validation Specialist - Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset records in the designated inventory/CMDB tool (serials, MAC addresses, firmware versions, room assignments, warranty status, RMA history, and lifecycle state).
• Validate front‑end AV equipment readiness for conference rooms, training spaces, and collaboration areas (power, cabling, network connectivity, mounting, and physical condition).
• Perform functional validation and basic commissioning checks for Cisco room devices (e.g., endpoints, peripherals) including audio/video I/O tests, microphone/speaker verification, camera framing, and call/join tests.
