Senior Associate Engineer - Building Services

Lead major building services projects while mentoring engineers and shaping client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple building services coordination, commissioning and engineering projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Provide technical guidance across projects and support engineering teams
• Mentor and develop two direct reports through coaching and regular feedback
• Oversee quality assurance, commissioning activities and project documentation
• Support business development, proposals and repeat client opportunities

Qualifications

• Engineering experience within building services
• Experience gained in design, installation, commissioning or project delivery
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
