Job Description
General Purpose of Role:
Senior-level lawyer with substantial relevant experience, knowledge and skill in reviewing, drafting and negotiating large complex contracts and providing support, post award and in in general commercial legal or other assigned legal fields.
Supervises, trains, coaches, and mentors more junior attorneys in the EMEA region, or within the wider company, in matters of their specific knowledge and/or experience; and reviews the work product of outside law firms.
May lead a team of direct reports (regularly hosts meetings, sets team goals, consisting of Legal Counsels, Associate General Counsels and Senior Associate General Counsels, with the objective of expediting their upskilling and training as Worley lawyers so that they can handle broader and more complex contract and legal matters.
