Senior Associate – Government Relations

Job Purpose

Assist in establishing relationship with Government authorities to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses for the development’s projects are obtained in a timely manner. Assist the PM team to the successful delivery of a major Infrastructure, Housing and Development projects.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist processing of all required project developments and construction permits through external government agencies, and follow-up on the reviews and comments of approving agencies.
• Ensure close coordination with project teams as required to secure permits from relevant external/internal entities such as Government Authorities across Abu Dhabi Emirate.
• Coordinate with project teams as necessary to assure that all ongoing project development and construction projects are conducted in line with the licenses and permits obtained.
