- Support Managing Principals/Heads of Business of the PERE business in the origination and execution of investment mandates in the APAC real estate sector across multi-jurisdiction.
- Have strong underwriting competencies to perform extensive financial modelling, valuation, sensitivity analyses and other financial analyses in preparation of formal approval papers.
