This role supports the installation, maintenance, and reliability of critical field communications systems. The **Senior Associate II, IT Field Communications** role works in structured field environments, supporting voice, data, SCADA, radio, and network technologies that enable safe and reliable operations across facilities.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot communications systems supporting field operations, including voice, data, SCADA, video, microwave, and satellite equipment.
+ Perform testing, monitoring, fault isolation, and corrective actions using established procedures, escalating issues when appropriate.
+ Support infrastructure and network operations through incident logging, systems monitoring, disaster recovery activities, and routine maintenance.
