What would you do?

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

• Manage the records of contracts and legal documentation on CLM platform, ensuring that they are accurately maintained.
• Handle end-to-end process for stamping of contracts and ensuring they are stamped within the prescribed timeline.
• Responsible for contract data maintenance and manage user access to CLM platform.
• Utilise the CLM platform to track and analyse key contract metrics and generate reports and dashboards to monitor contract review requests. ...
