Senior Associate, Operations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our Operations team, with a primary focus on investor-related matters and supporting the sales function. The role will involve day-to-day investor servicing, data management, reporting, and coordination across various stakeholders and platforms to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal business units and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate investor support.

• Proactively manage and follow through on investor issues and service requests to ensure effective resolution.
• Main point of contact responsible for coordinating and supporting the completion of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and operational due diligence (ODD) requests.
