Job Description
2.1 Duties of Senior Attractions Hosts
- Open and close attractions.
- Perform duties at assigned deployments within the attractions.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure the attraction is maintained and operating in its best working condition at all times.
- Report any defects to the respective Attraction In-Charge and relevant departments.
- Lead the team in performing housekeeping schedules and assigned duties.
- Ensure general cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas in attraction.
- Welcome and provide excellent guest service to all guests.
- Perform the role of usher or crowd controller at attractions.
- Actively participate in the implementation of activities organized at attractions.
- Monitor stock level of consumables (e.g. brochures, first aid supplies, torch lights, batteries, etc.) and initiate replenishment as required.
