About the job
To strengthen our R&D organization, we are looking for an Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d) who translates business requirements into scalable automation and AI supported solutions and actively contributes to improving the efficiency of our R&D processes. You will be directly involved in shaping the digitalization, automation, and AI enablement of R&D processes in an international, technology driven environment.
What you will do
Translate R&D business and user requirements into effective system, process, and automation solutions
Design, implement, test, and continuously improve automated workflows, AI-augmented data flows and AI Agents
Ensure stable data flows, high data quality, and reliable system operations
Operate and further develop R&D collaboration and workflow tools (e.g. SharePoint, monday.com, SwiftKanban), including hands on application support
