Senior Automation & Applications Engineer (Sabinas)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization, optimization, and redesign of error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) systems across cutting and sewing operations within Jaropamex manufacturing plants.
• Develop and implement vision-based inspection systems, including associated methodologies, standards, and work instructions, for both in-line and end-of-line sewing process verification.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering teams to standardize, optimize, and redesign sewing guides, fixtures, folders, templates, and machine attachments, reducing process variation while improving productivity and cycle times.
• Optimize and standardize sewing templates, CNC programs, and process parameters for semi-automated manufacturing applications, including quilting and embroidery operations.
