Senior Automation Engineer I

Design, develop and maintain process automation systems to support manufacturing processes. Plan and devise good performance metrics of the assigned automation systems. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) within his/her purview.

Manufacturing/Operation Support

• Provide technical support to assigned automation systems related issues in manufacturing operations.
• Maintain GMP compliant state of the assigned automation systems.
• Ensure periodic alarm management/audit trail reviews are done.
• Ensure periodic preventive maintenance is carried out for the assigned automation systems and findings are fixed.
• Support 24/7 on call operational support based on the assigned areas.
• Develop, revise and review SOP’s as needed.
