Senior Automation Process Quality Engineer

Position OverviewSenior Automation Process Quality Engineer – Monterrey facility; On‐Site, 5 days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust automation processes (Welding & Assembly Fanuc Robots) to meet Process Control, Capability, and Safety requirements.Define machine specifications, approval protocols, runoff, and installation requirements for capital equipment related to automation.Perform advanced problem‐solving using Six Sigma, DOE, A3, 9‐Step Problem Solving, and 5‐Why tools to determine root cause.Develop, maintain, and improve automation processes.Design/select automation tools and fixtures; define inspection process applying GD&T principles.Analyze, develop and implement process improvements in automation cells.Perform administrative tasks for project implementation: purchase orders and follow‐up for capital, equipment, fixtures, and tools.Measure, analyze, and improve SQDIP indicators (SCRAP, FPY, DPUs, downtime, and machining equipment efficiency).
