Senior Azure Platform Engineer
This position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The role is on‐site 60% of the time with 40% remote flexibility.
Job Summary
The Senior Azure Platform Engineer is responsible for automating, deploying, and supporting Azure cloud services through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines leveraging Terraform and GitHub Actions.
Responsibilities
Platform Automation & Deployment
Design, automate, and deploy Azure resources using IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM templates/Bicep, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Develop reusable modules to standardize deployments and reduce manual effort.
Work closely with application teams to translate requirements into secure and scalable Azure infrastructure.
Operations & Troubleshooting
Provide L3 operational support escalation for incidents and problems, including 24x7 rotational support coverage.
