What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in back-end development. Advanced proficiency with Node.js (Nest.js experience is a strong plus). In-depth knowledge of Mongo DB , Postgre SQL , and AWS environments. Leadership skills to mentor and guide team members. A genuine interest in sustainability or a willingness to adapt to sustainable practices.
