Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can take difficult problems from concept to production. This role spans Aerobotics’ stack across backend services, data pipelines, and algorithmic logic where you’ll build the systems behind TrueFruit – our yield product, serving farmers across 18 countries. This is not a narrow specialist role, it requires strong engineering judgment and the ability to ship.

What You’ll Do

• Own problems end-to-end: from a loosely defined need through system design, implementation, and production deployment, including any supporting internal tooling required along the way. Architects will support scaling efforts, but competence at that level is expected from you too.
• Build and maintain backend systems and data pipelines that process image-derived agricultural data at scale.
