Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience Level: Senior (8 years) About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to join our Bangalore office. This is not a role for someone looking to execute tickets handed down from above. You will own technical decisions end to end, shape how we build, and directly influence our product trajectory. You will operate primarily as an individual contributor (80%), while also stepping up to lead and mentor a small squad of engineers (20%).
