Senior BAS Technician - Projects

Job Summary

We are currently looking for Senior BAS Technicians to join our growing Ottawa BAS team. The individual will work with the project team and report directly to the BAS Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite BAS installation, commissioning, and startup activities for construction projects
• Execute project scope in accordance with drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, and schedules
• Coordinate daily field activities with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Identify constructability issues, field variances, and technical risks and communicate solutions proactively
• Support project closeout activities, including verification, documentation, and customer turnover
• Show an understanding of HVAC and DDC fundamentals, as well as Schneider Electric, Trane, Siemens, Automated Logic, or other BACnet BAS product portfolio and end devices
