Senior Behaviour & Pastoral Support Worker

We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Behaviour & Pastoral Support Worker to join our fantastic team.

This role is non-class-based, with a primary focus on
pastoral care, behaviour, and pupil engagement across the school rather than direct curriculum delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead on supporting pupil engagement, behaviour, and wellbeing, particularly for those at risk of disengagement.
Respond to behavioural incidents, using restorative approaches and ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support trust, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing.

Identify pupils needing additional pastoral support and coordinate targeted interventions.

Plan and deliver individual and small-group strategies to address barriers such as behaviour, attendance, and emotional needs.
