Senior BI Business Analyst

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic **Senior BI Business Analys** t to lead the planning, requirements, development and delivery of Analytics-driven products across our enterprise ecosystem. This role combines user-centric product thinking, technical acumen, product data discovery, product management to ensure high-impact delivery on a modern data platform—Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau . The role bridges business needs, data engineering, BI modeling, and BI Development - focusing on user engagement, delivery execution, process and BI Analytics automation, and technology innovation. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners and help elevate engineering and analytics standards within the team.
