Senior BIM Technician (Interior Design)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for interior design and architecture collaborate with architects engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks and resolve any BIM related issues.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards.
• Coordinate with various project teams to integrate models across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a BIM architect role or similar.
• Proficiency in BIM software Revit Naviworks Autocad 3D modeling.
