Senior BIM Technician - Public Health

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineers to model HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and plumbing designs maintaining proper spatial coordination.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues between MEP systems and other disciplines using tools like Navisworks Revizto.
• Develop custom Revit families for specific MEP components as required by project needs.
• Collaborate with sustainability teams to integrate energy analysis and environmental considerations into MEP designs.
• Generate detailed schematics, layouts, and schedules for MEP systems ensuring compliance with design standards.
• Provide BIM support for construction teams addressing design issues and making real-time adjustments to models.
