Senior Boiler Technician (Shift Work)

As a CBRE Senior Boiler Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role will support sitewide routine operation and maintenance (ad hoc, corrective and preventive maintenance) to clean and black utilities systems such as steam boilers, air compressors, chillers & cooling towers, air handling units, water softeners, purified water (RO & WFI), and wastewater systems. They may also be required to support power reset for the electrical distribution system. All the tasks will be done in compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
