This role is focused on supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple entities while keeping communication, systems, and financial data organized and up to date. You will play a key part in ensuring transactions are recorded accurately, team members are supported, and accounting workflows run smoothly. What You’ll Own
- Triage accounting‑related messages across emails and team channels, resolving routine inquiries and routing complex questions appropriately.
- Update QuickBooks Online with recent bank transactions across multiple entities and follow up on outstanding items.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes within QBO Payroll and QBTime.
- Provide support and guidance to team members using tools like Expensify and QBTime.
