Job Description
Senior Bookkeeper
Financial Sector - Fourways
Minimum Requirements BCOM or equivalent degree. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll, preferably within an accounting firm environment. Full bookkeeping function and ability to work on multiple client books. Proficiency in accounting software: Xero, Sage Online, Quick Books, and MS Excel . Proficiency in payroll software: Simple Pay, VIP, and Sage Pastel Payroll . Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll legislation, and statutory compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, including capturing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing ledgers.
