About the Team

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at TikTok is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, including sales, marketing, ops, account managers, agency and partnerships, as well as marketing science. TikTok's GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Management: Global Business Solutions business data analysis, develop strategic planning, provide solutions and implementation plans; based on the understanding and analysis of the specific business domains, continuously optimize control rules, product tools and business operations, to provide strong support for the implementation of the strategy
• Regular monitoring and data analysis on various business metrics of Outbound E-commerce, and provide corresponding solutions to assist the platform sales team to continuously improve consumer experience
