I. About Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and drive strategic objectives.
Key Duties & Accountabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Create clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
