Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, analysis, validation, and delivery support for complex or cross‑functional digital initiatives.
This role is expected to be approximately 70% execution‑focused and 30% strategic, requiring the candidate to work hands‑on with stakeholders, product teams, designers, engineering teams, operations, and business users, while also shaping recommendations that influence product direction, process improvements, and long‑term decision‑making.
The Senior Business Analyst should be comfortable working with ambiguity, challenging assumptions, navigating conflicting stakeholder needs, and translating complex business and technical requirements into structured, actionable specifications.
