Job Description
SJ is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Project Sales during a critical phase of the programme. The project is currently in System Integration Testing (SIT), with Wave 1 scheduled to go live in June. This role focuses on business readiness, solution validation, change impact, training, and go‑live support. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and a Systems Integrator (SI) to ensure the solution is fit for real‑world use, business users are prepared for change, and process improvements are fully embedded into day‑to‑day operations. The D365 solution integrates with SAP S/4HANA (Finance) and Workday (Talent Management), requiring strong end‑to‑end process thinking across systems.
