Future Duties and Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.

Develop clear business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across diverse teams.

Act as a liaison between business units, project managers, technical teams, and vendors.

Support project planning, business cases, risk assessments, and implementation activities.

Analyze current‑state processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational standards.
