Overview

We are looking for a Business Consultant / Senior Business Consultant to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will contribute to business engineering and transformation initiatives for leading banks and financial institutions across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Depending on the engagement, you will either work independently on client assignments or support more experienced consulting colleagues on larger, more complex transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise banks and other financial institutions on business strategy, operating model transformation, digital transformation initiatives, organizational development, process optimization, and business change.
