Senior C Engineer - Legacy Modernisation, Public Sector

Searchability is looking for a Senior C Engineer to join their client’s HMRC modernisation programme. The role involves stabilising and modernising applications by analysing existing systems and remediating technical debt, while supporting the migration away from legacy Ingres databases.

Qualified candidates will have strong C programming experience, skills in relational databases, and SC clearance eligibility. This is a 6-month initial contract with 2 days per week on-site in Telford, offering £470 per day via Umbrella.
