The University of Southampton is seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial Services and Student Accommodation. The Estates & Facilities team maintains a diverse estate across multiple campuses, with an ambitious estates masterplan to invest £1bn over the next decade to deliver a sustainable, inclusive estate that supports world-class activity.

Responsibilities

The Senior CAFM Manager is responsible for the management of an integrated CAFM system and leading a team across the Estates & Facilities Department in areas including maintenance and engineering, space management, minor works and capital projects.
