Assist the Supervisors to achieve various production target.

• Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA’s regulation. Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
• Cake Decoration
• Ingredient preparation
• Slicing of frozen ice-cream
• Preparation of ice-cream cake base
• Preparation of display cakes and customer order cakes
• New Cake Design
• Guide and train production assistant for ice-cream cake
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the management
