Brackenbridge House is set in one and a half acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, sprinkled with pathways and seating areas. Offering first-class care for residents with 36 beds, each resident enjoys a unique, personalized care experience.
Conveniently based in South Ruislip, all of London's sights and sounds are within easy reach, while the Berkshire countryside is only a short drive away. What you will do: + Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting / assisting residents, when required, with all aspects of daily living.
+ Support training and supervision of junior and new Staff Members in all aspects of their work in the Home, under the supervision of senior Staff Members. + Answer Nurse Call system, giving assistance as required.
Answer the door and telephone appropriately. Respond accordingly and pass on messages promptly.
+ Report on well-being of Clients and liaise with GPs and Support Manage...
