Job Description
Responsibilities
- Scale the beauty vertical in the UAE market by leading seller acquisition and onboarding
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations and maintain full commercial accountability for the P&L
- Act as a subject-matter expert on the beauty landscape, including skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare
- Coach brands and creators on running high-converting beauty livestreams and product demonstrations
- Drive category growth through creator collaborations, exclusive launches, and targeted marketing campaigns
- Partner with internal product and marketing teams to implement seller feedback into platform improvements
- 3+ years of experience in the beauty industry (e.g., buyer, account manager, or brand manager)
- Full professional fluency in English; Arabic fluency is preferred
